PSS®MOD is a powerful web based tool for managing PSS®E model, allowing multiple users to manage/update the model and create PSS®E cases for different scenarios.
This introductory course will provide participants with an overview of PSS®MOD including how to set up the software, utilize the functions including using PSS®MOD File Builder to capture power flow data changes in PSS®MOD Project, Profile and Ratings files from PSS®E base cases and IDEV/Python® files, as well as user data submission and the review process and auditing capabilities in PSS®MOD; create multiple scenarios by organizing data changes in PSS®MOD Case Definitions; and run basic analysis with the optional PSS®E power flow solution integration.
Planning engineers who are new to the software or want to exploit full potential of PSS®MOD will greatly benefit from this course.
